We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You will be charged the
website price per item ordered plus any applicable shipping/handling

Shipping:
Most stock
items ship in 1 to 2 business days. All orders will be shipped
pre-pay and add via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified.
F.O.B. shipping location.
Returns:
Defective
products may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the
following restrictions:
- You must contact Datacap, Inc. to get an RMA#
- Requests for RMA's will be accepted up to 30
days from invoice date
- All products must be returned in original
condition including all original packaging, documentation,
unfilled warranty cards, manuals and accessories
- Software and consumables are non-refundable
unless returned unopened in there original packaging
- Special orders may not be returned
- All returned items must be shipped freight
prepaid
- Non-defective products may be subject to a
25% restocking fee and all non-product related fees (shipping,
transaction and insurance) are non-refundable
Warranty:
We honor
all manufacturer's warranties. All Datacap, Inc. manufactured
products have a warrantee of 1 year with unlimited life time
telephone support.
